A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse, is responsible for providing basic medical attention to patients and assessing their wellbeing as part of a larger medical team. Duties include checking vital signs, recording a patient’s medical history, and assisting patients with hygiene.

• Pay starting at $30/hr (variable based on shift/visit, day, and complexity)
• Employment is PRN

• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members
• Accurately monitor, track and document clients’ overall health and medical history during every visit
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
• Change bandages, wound dressings, and catheters, among other related healthcare tasks
• Administer medications according to the Medication record
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
• Provide emotional and psychological support to the client and family members as needed

• 2+ years’ nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
• Current LPN license in GA
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and with directions
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor
