Full Time LPN Positions: 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am and Part Time Shifts Available in Skilled Nursing & Rehab. We believe that team members are our greatest resource and are looking for people who share our commitment to provide quality care for seniors and their families.

Our LPN positions are staff positions that have direct care responsibilities as well as supervisory responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistants. Candidates will be expected to maintain a safe, clean work environment by complying with all policies, procedures, & regulations of the facility and state.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering medications and treatments
- Participating in the care plan process
- Communicating with physicians regarding changes in conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.
- Documenting assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policies.
- Educating patients and their families on health-related issues.
- Supervising and coaching C.N.A.'s.
- Actively participates in the "Universal Concept" of resident care.
