Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical unit position requiring Epic proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience.
Responsibilities- Work in the Medical/Surgical 12B Medical unit of a hospital setting
- Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, with three shifts per week
- Typical diagnoses include various isolation cases such as COVID and Monkeypox
- Epic EMR is used and experience is required
- No on-call responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients with multiple types of isolations, including infectious diseases
- No requests for time off (RTO) will be accommodated
- Candidates must be prepared for a manager interview prior to offer
- References from supervisors or managers within the last 2 years are required
- Active GA or compact RN license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical RN experience
- Experience with Epic EMR required
