Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a Neuro Stepdown unit. Candidates must have recent experience and certification pertinent to neuro care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for neuro stepdown patients.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Neuro stepdown experience preferred; strong Med/Surg experience may also be considered.
• EPIC electronic health record experience required.
