* must be tested along with drug screen.

Shift: Variable day shift 12s, 8s, and 10s. Call required.
Call required - 2 4's, 2 8's, 2 12's minimum per 6 weeks period.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, Eyes experience required
