Job Description:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in a Med-Surg setting

• Monitor vital signs and clinical status; report abnormalities

• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed

• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams

• Document all aspects of care in EMR systems accurately and timely

• Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and discharge plans

• Respond quickly to emergency situations

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Med/Surg experience

Additional Requirements:

• Active GA RN license

• BLS

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Preferred
