Responsibilitiesfor RN Supervisor
- Coordinate, structure, implement and guide the delivery of the nursing service program within the facility
- Conduct daily clinical rounds
- Take and document all patient history and vital signs
- Assist with daily triage/sick call, minor medical/surgical procedures and patient assessments
- Assist with examinations and/or treatments
- Assist in evaluating the quality and effectiveness of clinical services
- Assist with orientation and training activities of clinical personnel
- Observe and review documentation, orders and patient care plans
- Assist with disaster plans and emergency preparation
- Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies within the facility
- Must hold and maintain a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in GA
- Valid CPR card
- Progressive administrative/management training in a healthcare setting preferred
