Position Overview:

We’re seeking RN Nurse Supervisor to lead and support care delivery across our nursing units. This role plays a vital part in ensuring quality outcomes, fostering teamwork, and helping residents feel safe, cared for, and respected.

Shift:

RN Supervisor | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Monday to Friday (Full-Time)

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compassionate and compliant care
• Oversee documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Help develop and lead educational plans for nursing staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in the State of Georgia
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build team engagement
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• A strong sense of accountability and a heart for resident-centered care
• Team-player mindset with excellent communication skills
