Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or provider. Responsibilities include pre-op preparation and post-anesthesia recovery support, patient monitoring, and discharge education in accordance with established clinical protocols.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare patients for ophthalmic procedures including intake, vital signs, medication reconciliation and patient education. Assist with post-operative recovery and monitoring patient status and reporting changes to the RN or Provider Administering medications and treatments within LPN scope and facility policy Perform documentation in the electronic medical record Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

Current LPN license in good standing
