Operating Room Nurse Manager – Outpatient Surgery Center

Join one of Atlanta’s premier outpatient surgery centers as our next Operating Room Nurse Manager. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting with a strong culture of accountability and teamwork.

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of 10+ operating rooms and the Sterile Processing Department (SPD)
• Supervise Charge RNs and provide clinical support (30–40% of time)
• Support OR turnover, assist with breaks, charge assignments, and starting rooms as needed
• Oversee hiring, interviews, and team management, including performance issues and terminations
• Drive process improvements focused on turnover time, key clinical metrics, and patient safety
• Collaborate closely with HR and Director of Nursing

• Total Joints & Ortho (including spine)
• ENT, GYN, Urology
• Cataracts, GI, Plastics

• BSN required
• Proven OR leadership experience (OR manager preferred)
• Confident under pressure, strong communicator, leads by example
• Passion for patient safety and high standards of care
• Track record of team development and process improvement in a surgical setting
• We perform over 300 cases per month and are looking for a leader who can help us grow and improve while maintaining a collaborative and positive culture.
