. As our Fundraiser
, youll be the spark that connects our mission with the people, businesses, and communities ready to support it.
- Create and lead fundraising campaigns, galas, raffles, auctions, and community events
. - Build and nurture donor relationships from outreach to heartfelt thank-yous.
- Partner with our marketing team to design social campaigns and appeals.
- Develop corporate sponsor ships & community partnerships that last.
- Track donations, ensure compliance, and help prepare fundraising reports.
- A natural connector & communicator who can inspire people to give.
- Event planning / campaign management experience.
- Comfort asking for support whether in a boardroom or community event.
- Creative, energetic, and deadline-driven.
- Bonus:
Experience with donor databases (Salesforce, Bloomerang, etc.).
- Pay: $16 $ 25/hr (based on experience).
- Flexibility: Hybrid role with remote + in-person event opportunities.
- Growth: Potential to step into Development Manager or Director of Advancement as we scale.
