Overview
The Program Officer (PO) is a member of the U.S. Jewish Grantmaking team which is part of the larger U.S. Jewish Portfolio. We support efforts to build a joyful and inclusive Jewish community connected to Israel and committed to making the world a better place. Through three focus areas, we aim to help young Jews engage with Jewish values and experiences, support opportunities to connect with Israel, and shape a thriving sector of Jewish organizations and leaders.
We seek a Program Officer eager to work on our priority areas and who has experience already doing so with curiosity, nuance and rigor. The PO reports to the Director, U.S. Jewish Grantmaking.
The Program Officer will contribute to the team’s work across these focus areas and collaborate with colleagues to advance program goals within the U.S. Jewish Grantmaking portfolio.
LocationLOCATION:
This hybrid role has flexible location options of Washington, DC, Atlanta, GA, or New York, NY (proximate to a Schusterman office) with the ability to travel to in-person meetings monthly.
