Stratfield Consulting is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our client’s purpose‑driven Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer brands and digital marketing, and will be responsible for driving brand visibility, supporting B2B partnerships, and leading eCommerce growth initiatives.

This is a direct hire position that will be hybrid in the Atlanta area. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with food service, hospitality, and retail partners.
• Create impactful tools such as product sheets, catalogs, and promotional materials.
• Support sales teams with insights and easy‑to‑use resources.
• Manage customer communications and provide brand assets for storytelling.
• Own and optimize eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon) and digital campaigns.
• Build acquisition and retention programs across email, SEO, paid ads, and influencer channels.
• Manage CRM workflows, newsletters, and performance analytics to drive growth.

• Cultivate authentic connections with customers, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Launch sampling programs and collaborate with micro‑influencers to amplify brand reach.

• Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform product and channel strategies.
• Translate insights into actionable plans for innovation and growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7+ years of experience in CPG, food service, or consumer brands.
• Hands‑on experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon) and digital marketing tools.
• Strong storytelling, content creation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, SEO fundamentals, and performance marketing.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills and ability to work independently.
