RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various biddable platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon, with a primary focus on driving conversions and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for performance based clients
- Utilize feed management platforms (e.g., Feedonomics, Data Feed Watch ) to standardize, enrich, and customize product data, ensuring compliance with the unique requirements and best practices of each channel.
- With an emphasis on conversion-focused paid media campaigns, provide subject matter expertise on media trends, research, and best practices to inform campaign strategies.
- Utilize AI-powered competitive intelligence tools to monitor market trends, analyze ad strategies in real-time, and identify opportunities for differentiation in messaging performance
- Set up, manage, and optimize performance-driven digital media campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables, such as creative assets and landing pages, align with strategy.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the best-performing elements and maximize campaign ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and platform reporting dashboards.
- Create reports and presentations that translate performance data into actionable insights for clients.
- Monitor emerging trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions for clients.
- Work closely with the Client Leadership team to ensure seamless communication and alignment with client goals.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors, issue RFPs, and manage insertion orders (IOs) and campaign budgets.
- Support new business efforts by contributing to proposals and media strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on digital media advancements and explore opportunities for clients to leverage new platforms and technologies.
- Contribute to process improvements and team knowledge sharing to elevate overall performance.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital media planning and campaign execution, ideally within an agency environment or a direct-to-consumer organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful campaigns across Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, and other performance channels.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and similar platforms.
- Proficiency in digital reporting tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel.
- Experience in managing media budgets and providing data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and deliver actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for digital media and innovation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using AI-powered tools and platforms to accelerate research, testing or generative copy/creative
- Experience managing campaigns on Retail Media Networks (RMNs) like Amazon Ads, or Walmart Connect is a significant plus.

Salary Range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 per year. (DOE)
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
