This is the most senior marketing role in the company and is designed for a working leader who personally owns and delivers core marketing initiatives while managing outsourced and contract resources.

This role will lead the organization's shift from traditional marketing to a data-informed, digital growth engine, partnering closely with sales and executive leadership to drive measurable business impact.

The Marketing Manager is expected to operate with a long-term mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a willingness to contribute directly at every stage of execution. JOB DUTIES:
  • Own and execute the company's marketing strategy, with direct responsibility for implementation and performance.

  • Oversee CRM and marketing automation selection, implementation, and ongoing management.
  • Govern brand standards and maintain a comprehensive brand book and asset library.
  • Manage and update the website, social media channels, and content calendar.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities monthly in advance to ensure consistency and eliminate last-minute initiatives.
  • Manage outsourced and 1099 creative, design, and production partners, including scope, quality, and budget oversight.
  • Support trade shows and industry events, including planning, coordination, and on-site execution.

  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform campaigns and strategic priorities.
  • Partner closely with Sales and leadership to align marketing programs with revenue and growth goals.
  • Educate and support sales teams with tools, materials, and messaging frameworks.
  • Oversee digital sales and marketing presentations using Digi-Deck.
  • Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI, making data-driven improvements.
  • Support long-term growth of the marketing function, including future team development.
  • Promote and reinforce a culture of ownership, accountability, humility, and collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, or communications.
  • Experience in construction, building materials, industrial markets, or similar technical environments preferred.

  • Strong project management and planning skills with consistent follow-through.
  • Strong alignment with values-driven, faith-forward workplace environments.
Preferred Technical Experience:
  • CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.
