Job Description

Experienced subject matter expert for advertising and marketing communications. Apply understanding of brand standards and business objectives to advertising and marketing communications deliverables. Execute advertising campaigns and marketing communications to strengthen Truist brand and image. Maintain effective partnerships with external and internal partners in the business and functions. Support overall brand standards through training, tools, and governance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Able to synthesize requests and resources needed to complete projects.
  • Manage deliverables against expected results and budgets.
  • Make sound judgments about brand and creative approach to deliver on objectives.
  • Have a solid understanding of how the role contributes to the achievement of broader objectives in alignment with the organization's purpose, mission and values.
  • Identify and propose resolutions to technical, operational, risk management, business, and organizational challenges.
  • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in communications, advertising, marketing or related field, or equivalent education and related training
  • Five years or more related brand and advertising experience
  • Knowledge of the brand standards and toolkits and able to apply to work
  • Knowledge of creative process across all advertising and marketing communications deliverables including TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital, sales and information collateral, and merchandise
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency experience
  • Experience working on a National and or well-known brand
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry
  • Other

    Job Requirements / Working Conditions

    Visual / Audio / Speaking
    Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.

    Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding
    Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.

    Availability
    Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
