Overview
The Go-To-Market (G2M) Manager is a key connector between marketing strategy and commercial execution. Responsible for driving how our innovations are introduced to the market, this role ensures our value propositions resonate with target segments and are supported by compelling campaigns, tools, and engagement strategies. The GTM Manager partners closely with Business Segment Leaders, sales, product, operations to turn insight into action and offers into impact.
- Collaborate with Business Segment Leaders and Market Intelligence Senior Manager to deeply understand customer problems, segment trends, and competitive positioning.
- Support the definition and refinement of customer-centric value propositions and differentiated bundles.
- Translate offer roadmaps into actionable GTM strategies aligned to business goals and segment-specific needs.
- Ensure pricing strategy, positioning, and packaging reflect customer value and market realities (in collaboration with Sales, Intelligence, and Product).
- Lead cross-functional launch planning and delivery for new and evolving offers—aligning content, campaigns, and channel strategy.
- Work with internal teams and agency partners to develop high-impact marketing materials (brochures, decks, spec sheets, web content, white papers, training assets, etc.).
- Design and execute email campaigns and work with Lead and Demand Generation Manager to drive multi-channel demand generation and awareness through campaigns, events, digital outreach, PR, and internal enablement.
- Activate Sales and Operations teams pre- and post-launch with training and tools to ensure internal alignment and customer readiness.
- Partner Marketing Analytics Analyst to define KPIs and dashboards for GTM efforts.
- Monitor initiative and offer performance, applying a test-and-learn approach for ongoing improvement.
- Report key insights, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders to refine future launches and campaigns.
- Proven experience in marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market execution, ideally in SaaS, B2B tech, or IoT industries.
- Strong understanding of offer lifecycle and segmentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- Adept at managing cross-functional projects, timelines, and competing priorities.
- Creativity and proficiency in content development.
