• Assist in the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create strategies tailored for direct marketing.
• Engage in face-to-face interactions with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on results.
• Contribute innovative ideas for direct marketing initiatives.
• Attend events to promote SMB Omega’s services and engage with potential clients.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site.
