From building the media plan through campaign delivery and wrap, this role is the main client point of contact for executing advertising campaigns, including radio, digital media, and live event integrations.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively and intuitively recommend strategies aligned with client‑defined KPIs within Audacy guidelines.
  • Create media plans and presentations, shepherding deals from pre‑sale to close.
  • Lead conversations with internal creative and execution teams to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met.
  • Provide best‑in‑class “white glove” client service to key advertisers through great communication and properly setting expectations.
  • Serve as the expert on all campaign aspects, acting as the main point of contact for clients, sales, and internal execution teams.
  • Oversee production and delivery from all teams to ensure all campaign elements run smoothly.
  • Digest and relay feedback and expectations to clients and internal teams articulately.
  • Proactively troubleshoot internal and external campaign concerns and work directly with the Director of Sales to seek solutions that cater to both client expectations and Audacy’s best practices.
  • Confidently forecast campaign launch, communicating any risks to revenue to internal teams.
  • Partner closely with Sales Management on internal operations to gain approvals and develop timelines.
  • Monitor media implementation, pacing, and performance with Sales Managers & internal operation teams to achieve full campaign delivery.
  • Present campaign performance reports, including delivery, optimizations, insights, and program recommendations during mid‑campaign and wrap reports.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years in a client‑facing role, preferably in media strategy or a digital agency environment.
  • In‑depth understanding of digital advertising strategy and measurement.
  • Strategic thinker, solution‑oriented, with a proactive attitude.
  • Public speaking skills and ability to lead a room.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and work efficiently with internal resources.
  • Enjoy and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite.
  • Hybrid work environment adaptability and ability to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation preferred but not mandatory.
