Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities
- Set the strategic direction for customer marketing
- Develop and manage the customer marketing budget
- Oversee marketing programs including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
