About the RoleWe are seeking a driven, creative, and hands‑on Marketing Manager with 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment. This role is perfect for a marketer who enjoys wearing multiple hats—content creation, digital marketing, communications, campaigns, event marketing, and field marketing.
You will help plan and execute high‑impact marketing programs that strengthen our brand, support sales, elevate our presence at industry events, and generate measurable pipeline. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to help shape how we show up across channels and customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & StorytellingDevelop, write, and edit content including blogs, case studies, web/landing pages, email copy, sales collateral, infographics, and social content.
Support long‑form content projects such as white papers, presentations, newsletters, and campaign assets.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and strategic priorities.
Digital Marketing ExecutionManage website updates, social channels, and email campaigns.
Support SEO initiatives through content optimization and keyword research.
Manage digital campaigns across organic, paid, and partner channels with clear tracking and reporting.
Assist in marketing automation workflows and nurture programs (Hub Spot, Pardot,
Communications & Brand SupportDraft and support internal/external communications including announcements, press releases, and executive messaging.
Maintain strong brand consistency across channels, creative, and campaigns.
Campaign ManagementSupport planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and sales motions.
Coordinate cross‑functionally with product, sales, customer success, and leadership.
Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
Event & Field MarketingAssist in planning, promoting, and executing industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Coordinate pre‑event, on‑site, and post‑event activities—including booth logistics, collateral, lead capture, meeting scheduling, and follow‑up.
Partner with sales and leadership to support field marketing efforts such as regional events, customer dinners, webinars, and partner activations.
Manage event budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and deliverables.
Track event performance, lead impact, and contribution to pipeline.
Required Skills & Experience2–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B.
Strong writing and editing skills with demonstrated content creation experience.
Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, metrics, and tools.
Experience supporting or coordinating events, trade shows, or field marketing programs.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in SaaS, technology, aviation, logistics, or e‑commerce industries.
Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
Comfortable with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Hub Spot, Looker, etc.).
