Quest Group Executive Search is actively recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to support a nationwide law firm and the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives by executing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and assisting with content, events, and digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and an interest in professional services marketing, particularly within a legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Communications
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with firm practice areas and strategic goals
- Draft, edit, and coordinate content for newsletters, attorney bios, practice descriptions, client alerts, and marketing materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications
- Maintain and update the firm’s website, including attorney profiles, practice pages, and news items
- Coordinate social media content and scheduling across approved platforms
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance tracking
- Monitor basic website and campaign analytics and prepare reports
- Assist attorneys and practice groups with pitch materials, proposals, and presentations
- Support responses to RFPs and directory submissions (e.g., Chambers, Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers)
- Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and contact lists
- Coordinate firm-sponsored events, seminars, webinars, and conferences
- Assist with event logistics, invitations, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up
- Track sponsorship opportunities and ensure fulfillment of marketing benefits
- Manage timelines, approvals, and vendor coordination for marketing projects
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and promotional items
- Support other marketing and business development initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of marketing or communications experience (professional services or law firm experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
