The Ammunition Summer Internship Program is a paid internship program designed for students and recent graduates who want to explore several facets of agency life before finding their niche. Program interns can choose between two tracks:
Account Services or Strategy. Interested candidates should select only one (1) track.

Description

As an Account Services Intern, you'll support the Client Partnerships and Project Management team by setting up tasks, organizing files, and maintaining project schedules while helping coordinate deliverables, client feedback, and internal communication across Creative and Development. You'll assist with status updates, milestone tracking, and QA to keep projects moving smoothly, taking ownership of smaller projects with guidance on larger efforts.

As a Strategy Intern, you will work with our Strategy team and be responsible for providing essential support to the strategy team by conducting research, organizing data, and assisting in the development of strategic plans. This internship is perfect for someone looking to start a career in digital marketing and strategy. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about the strategic planning process in a fast-paced agency environment.

In either role, you'll play a key role in day-to-day tasks, support ongoing client initiatives, and gain exposure to agency processes and workflows. Through this program, you'll also have the opportunity to sit in on creative brainstorms, work closely with cross-functional teams, and build a solid foundation for a successful career in advertising.
