We’re looking for a Account Coordinator, someone who naturally builds trust, asks great questions, and enjoys being the connective tissue between clients and creative teams. You’ll help ensure our clients feel supported, heard, and genuinely excited to work with us, while keeping projects moving smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Own Client RelationshipsBuild and maintain strong client relationships by deeply understanding their goals, voice, and expectations. You’ll be the primary connector—handling communication, feedback, and ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident.
Marketing Strategy & Project CoordinationWork closely with our creative team to help shape marketing and content strategy grounded in client goals, audience behavior, and performance insights. You’ll translate strategy into clear plans and coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure campaigns move smoothly from idea to execution.
Execution & Follow-ThroughOwn the day-to-day execution of campaigns—tracking tasks, managing approvals, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll help maintain (and improve) systems and processes that keep work organized, repeatable, and efficient. We move fast, but we don’t move messy.
Campaign Performance & InsightsTrack results, compile insights, and contribute to clear, thoughtful performance updates and recommendations that help clients understand what’s working and why.
Problem-Solving & AdaptabilityAnticipate challenges and respond with creative, practical systems that bring clarity, organization, and momentum to project execution.
CommunicationSupport client-facing communication and light copywriting that reflects strong brand voice and strategic thinking.

- Projects stay organized, on track, and aligned with strategy
- Internal teams feel clear, respected, and set up to do great work
- You’re known as someone who “just gets it” and makes things easier for everyone involved
- 2+ years of social media marketing experience (brand or agency)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing attention to detail
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- Hybrid role: in-person 5–6 days/month for client content shoots, based in or near Atlanta
