Position Summary:

The Content & Sales Strategist will be responsible for creating high-impact content, driving social media engagement, and generating sales opportunities within the PCHO community. This role blends marketing, influencing, and relationship-building to establish Assistly Care as the preferred solution for personal care homeowners.

• Develop original, high-quality social media content (Reels, Tik Tok videos, Stories, carousels) tailored to the PCHO audience.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and influencer, representing Assistly Care through authentic storytelling and community-focused messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Personal Care Home Owners to drive product awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Host live sessions, webinars, and Q&A events to educate and support the PCHO community.
• Monitor content performance, track metrics, and provide regular reporting on engagement, leads, and conversions.

• Proven experience as a social media influencer or digital marketer, ideally within healthcare, senior care, or childcare sectors.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok content strategies and audience engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to produce engaging video and visual content.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to gain trust within the PCHO community.
• Sales experience with a strong conversion mindset.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling capabilities.
• Preferred: Background in senior care or childcare.
