Marketing Specialist is responsible for growing the mover/real estate channel by increasing program participation and generating new customer acquisitions through referrals. This role involves sales leadership, marketing support, program management, and the development of strategic partnerships within the real estate industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Growth & StrategyRecommend and implement approved strategies to increase program participants and referrals.
Lead program sales and support efforts, including direct outreach to brokers, offices, and real estate agents.
Initiate and deliver face-to-face presentations to introduce the program and its benefits to key influencers in the real estate industry.
Conduct onboarding through orientations, CE classes, team meetings, and training sessions.
Manage monthly call campaigns to nurture and grow partner engagement.
Support marketing initiatives from concept to distribution for print and digital campaigns.
Create and manage materials such as program kits, emails, direct mail, videos, and presentations.
Collaborate with marketing agencies and vendors to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards and promotes program awareness.
Oversee web-based administration of the referral/rewards program, including onboarding, inquiries, and reward fulfillment.
Recommend and coordinate improvements for user experience and referral data capture on customer-facing landing pages.
Manage daily program operations to drive engagement and customer acquisition.
Track, analyze, and report KPIs to ensure the program meets its goals.
Recommend solutions to optimize performance and increase growth.
Bachelor’s Degree or 7 years of progressive experience in sales and program management
Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or account management
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns to deadlines and on budget
Must be able to travel (~30%) with a personal vehicle
Background in utility or real estate industries
Experience with:
Referral, affinity, or loyalty programs
Channel or program development in retail or deregulated markets
Affiliate marketing, digital/mobile marketing
Social media engagement and building online communities
Office environment with local travel (~30%)
Ability to stand during presentations and manage transport/set-up of materials (banners, giveaways, etc.) for events and trade shows
