Account Manager

Get Engaged Media is looking for a marketing professional with 2-5 years of experience in Account Management to join our Celebrity and Partnerships team. Preferably, this person has a track record of success in client-facing communications and talent relations, with a flexible and creative forward-thinking approach.

Location:

Atlanta, GA

• Lead client communications, manage timelines, and disseminate important information to key team members.
• Create clear KPIs for influencer marketing projects, allocate resources, track performance, manage budgets, and reallocate/adjust strategies as needed to achieve success.
• Manage data tracking and content capture; maintain internal and external trackers up to date.
• Develop and manage influencer relationships within Get Engaged Media's network and ensure appropriate rates are contracted to deliver content that fits client needs.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with digital brand management, graphic designers, social media, and content teams to implement marketing campaigns and experiential activations.
• Listen to client needs and requests to deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
• Analyze past campaigns and conduct competitive research to inform recommendations based on learnings and current marketing trends.
• Influencer recommendations and compensation negotiations.

• Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or talent relations.
• Proven ability to create proposals detailing complete strategic marketing plans for clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of major social platforms (Twitch, Mixer, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, Tik Tok, Snapchat, You Tube).
• Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs.
