Job Title:
TIG Welder
We are seeking a dedicated TIG Welder to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting TIG and laser welding for high-precision aerospace components. You will work under the guidance of experienced team members and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the delivery of quality parts.
Responsibilities- Support the execution of TIG and Laser Welding to prepare and deliver high‑precision components.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to assist in the setup and production of aerospace parts.
- Operate metal forming equipment such as brake presses, shears, English wheels, rollers, and drill presses with guidance from experienced technicians.
- Aid in the in‑process inspection and measurement of parts using precision hand tools to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standards while operating machinery and handling materials.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
- Assist in documenting production processes, measurements, and quality control checks.
- TIG welding experience OR Laser Welding experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in basic math and measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
- Interest in aerospace manufacturing and technology.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast‑paced setting.
- Problem‑solving skills and initiative to contribute to process improvements.
- Ability to work in a hands‑on, physically demanding environment.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is partially climate‑controlled, with large fans to mitigate summer heat. Tools are provided, and the atmosphere is highly collaborative.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.00 - $39.00/hr.
