Production Operator – Filler in East Point, GA

Starting pay: $23.40

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:30 AM

As a Production Operator - Filler
, you will be part of a team that works together to manufacture and package quality paints, stains and other materials. This work is completed in our production plants utilizing automated filling equipment. We need self‑driven employees that understand collaboration and efficiency. Every day you will have an opportunity to contribute and succeed.

• Following all safety rules, processes and procedures.
• Setting up, monitoring and operating filling and packaging equipment.
• Improving production line efficiency through teamwork.
• Performing routine quality checks on material before and during line operation.
• Maintaining accurate records and a clean, orderly work area.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds infrequently.
• Follow detailed instructions and record progress.
• Stand for extended periods of time, maneuvering around equipment.
• Work in a team environment and take ownership over assigned area of responsibility.
