Job Title:
Experienced Pipefitter / Structural Welder
Location: White GA
Position Type: Full‑Time
Compensation: Based on experience and weld test results
We're hiring a skilled Pipefitter / Structural Welder to support ongoing structural and plate welding projects. This role focuses on fitting and welding structural components, including plate work. No certifications are required; however, applicants must successfully complete a weld test in the flat and overhead positions.
Key Duties- Fit and weld structural steel components
- Perform plate welding in flat and overhead positions
- Lay out, measure, and fabricate materials to specification
- Interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Operate welding and cutting equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain quality standards and job site safety
- Hands‑on experience in pipe fitting and/or structural welding
- Ability to pass a flat and overhead weld test
- Experience with Stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), or Flux‑Core (FCAW) processes
- Ability to use basic fabrication tools and measuring devices
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
