This is a full-time on-site role for a Welder at Clayton Signs, Inc. The position is based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Welder will be responsible for performing various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and Arc Welding, to fabricate and assemble materials for high-quality signage. Daily tasks include preparing materials, executing precise and durable welds, inspecting final products, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding
• Strong technical expertise in general Welding and working with a wide range of Materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions
• Attention to detail and quality control skills to ensure precision and durability
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Previous experience in sign fabrication or a similar manufacturing industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; specialized welding certifications are advantageous
• Strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving abilities
