Overnight Maintenance Technician (Onsite, Atlanta, GA). The overnight schedule runs from Sunday evening to Friday morning, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with occasional overtime and weekend work as required.

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve mechanical and electrical equipment/systems in a high-speed manufacturing environment while ensuring product quality and employee safety. Work in a team-based environment with production colleagues to minimize downtime.
• Repair machine breakdowns and perform preventive maintenance in a timely manner.
• Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.
• Record repair logs and maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with production departments to identify opportunities for critical repairs while minimizing production downtime.

• 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and service equipment throughout the facility.
• Strong self-management, organizational skills, problem solving, root cause analysis, and work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain open priority item lists; intermediate computer skills and excellent verbal communication are required.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment (fillers, packers, labelers, conveyors, etc.).
• Fabricating, machining, welding, and metalworking experience.
• Experience creating and performing Preventative Maintenance (PM) routines.
• Vendor communication and parts ordering experience.

• Experience in the food/beverage industry.
• Experience troubleshooting and servicing electrical control systems, programmable logic controllers, VFDs, power distribution systems, and circuits.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and use precision electrical measuring/testing equipment and tools.
• Control Logix experience.
