The role involves overseeing maintenance staff, troubleshooting, and repairing various production and packaging equipment, including tunnel ovens and mixers. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing setting, strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, and exceptional mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Willingness to work 2nd shift is also required.
