LIMS Implementation Specialist, Senior

The Opportunity

Designs, develops, and implements solutions for software integration projects. Coordinates applications across functions or between organizations. Ensures the integration of projects meets the requirements of the organization. Applies advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.

• 2+ years of experience with ATL, SQL, Java, .NET, R, SAS, or Python
• 2+ years of experience in HL7 mapping or HL7 message processing
• Experience in systems analysis, design, development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies to develop quality technical solutions
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining healthcare information systems services
• Knowledge of healthcare information systems, public health surveillance, and laboratory solutions
• Ability to serve as a liaison between the health department and IT
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor s degree

• Experience in working with Rhapsody
• Experience in working with ELR, ETOR, and APHL

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen s total compensation package for employees.
