We are looking for a highly skilled software Architect to join a highly motivated and enthusiastic team, working on one of Aon flagship applications! The ideal candidate will identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions using advanced technologies that support the business and technology strategies. This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and requires the candidate to be in the office three days a week.

As a Sr. Architect, you will:

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions using advanced technologies that align with business and technology strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and high‑performing applications.
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices and design principles.
• Support iterative release cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is your chance to work on one of Aon’s flagship applications in a highly motivated and enthusiastic team. You’ll collaborate with talented engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders while being supported by a strong leadership team committed to innovation and professional growth.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a team environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Angular and Bootstrap, leveraging Web APIs for middleware logic.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including design patterns and object‑oriented design (OOD).
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops and implementing iterative release cycles.
• Knowledge of asynchronous messaging and messaging technologies.
• Familiarity with SAST/DAST concepts for secure development practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology or equivalent years of industry experience.
