Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Lead and develop production teams across multiple shifts
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality beverage manufacturing
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance management
- Maintain compliance with ISO
22000, HACCP, GMP, and safety standards - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize KPIs
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years in manufacturing or production leadership
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and operational standards
- Excellent communication and team‑building skills
- Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, multi‑shift environment
