The Paint Technician role encompasses all facets of paint preparation and application, while contributing to the overall efficiency and workflow of the shop.

• Prepare components and parts for primer and paint
• Match color and mix paint
• Apply epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat
• Deliver finished components and parts to their respective locations

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of general housekeeping and office clerical procedures
• Working knowledge of computer use
• Ability to regularly exercise sound judgment

Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods. Requires frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
