The Senior Manager plays a key leadership role in driving the growth and delivery excellence of Bridgepoint’s Financial Operations practice within the market.
This role blends business development (60%),
client delivery and engagement leadership (20%), and consultant management (20%).
The ideal candidate combines entrepreneurial drive with proven client-facing experience, strong financial acumen, and a passion for developing teams.
Key Responsibilities Business Development (≈60%)- Originate, qualify, and close opportunities within the Financial Operations practice.
- Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, Controllers, and Private Equity sponsors.
- Lead pursuits from discovery through signed SOW, including scoping, approach, pricing, and risk assessment.
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue budget by generating new business and expanding revenue from existing clients:
- Actively network within the Atlanta market and across Bridgepoint’s ecosystem (ACG, CFO councils, PE firms, portfolio companies).
- Drive cross-selling opportunities across Bridgepoint’s practice areas.
- Partner with leadership to build and grow the Atlanta market
. defining target accounts, market approach, and go-to-market offerings. - Contribute thought leadership through events, panels, and community engagement.
- Serve as engagement lead for multiple client projects, ensuring scope, outcomes, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (COE) team to ensure adherence to delivery standards, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Act as the first point of escalation for client and consultant matters.
- Manage and support consultants
. - Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development guidance.
- Partner with recruiting to hire and onboard consultants.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and collaboration.
- Support practice operations (budgeting, marketing, staffing, and training initiatives).
Compensation for this position ranges from $150,000 – 190,000 USD and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience. The compensation will also include incentive compensation in the form of discretional quarterly bonus based on performance.
