Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing safety and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with functional team leads to establish strong business partnerships that prioritize safety.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of EHS programs, training, and procedures.
- Analyze incident and accident data to identify trends, develop policy revisions, and mitigate risks.
- Provide leadership and guidance in the interpretation and application of safety policies and procedures.
- Lead STATUS of the Strategic Safety Council and manage Safety Committees at each service center alongside local leaders.
- Conduct regular field safety audits with technicians to ensure best practices on‑site.
- Ensure documentation and reporting of recordable and near‑miss incidents is thorough and compliant.
- Maintain compliance with customer safety portals such as Avetta and ISNetworld.
- Partner with risk management and human resources teams to uphold EHS documentation standards.
- Minimum 3-5 АНЕ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or service environment.
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead, persuade, motivate, and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of programs.
- Solid incident/accident data analysis capabilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Experience with customer safety portals (Avetta, IS সরকারের, etc.).
