ResponsibilitiesLife Science Growth & Client Development
- Identify and shape high-impact consulting opportunities with leading life sciences companies, while selectively engaging in adjacent industrial sectors
- Lead business development efforts within the life science space by developing, presenting, and closing compelling project proposals
Engagement Delivery & Transformation
- Lead the delivery of consulting engagements and transformation programs for life science clients, driving measurable performance improvements and strong client outcomes
- Drive structured, innovative problem solving and effective change management, helping clients translate strategy into execution
- Convert project insights and recommendations into clear, quantified business cases tied to financial and operational impact
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client executives, building trusted advisor relationships
- Prepare and facilitate executive- and steering committee–level presentations to support decision-making and alignment
- Lead and align client teams and Ingenics Consulting project teams toward shared objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and professional development support to consulting team members
Firm Building & Thought Leadership
- Apply, refine, and help train Ingenics Consulting’s concepts, methods, and tools, tailored to consumer goods challenges
- Graduate degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution
- Strong business acumen and consultative expertise, with a proven track record of delivering measurable impact for clients
- Industry experience in medical device manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related sectors
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in management consulting
- 3-5 years of experience in business development and client relationship management
- Results-oriented, with a focus on end-to-end implementation and sustainable outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Fluency in a second language (e.g., German or Spanish) is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated passion for mentoring and developing colleagues, fostering high-performing teams
