As Vice President of Enterprise PMO, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the organization’s transformation—ensuring every initiative is delivered with clarity, accountability, and enterprise impact.

The Vice President of Enterprise PMO is responsible for driving project delivery excellence across Four Winds Health. This role leads the enterprise Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring alignment of all technology, clinical, operational, and corporate initiatives with the organization’s strategic priorities.

The VP of Enterprise PMO oversees a diverse, enterprise-wide portfolio—including EMR integrations, revenue cycle automation, digital front door initiatives, and AI-driven transformation—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while achieving measurable business outcomes.

This position serves as the connective tissue between Technology, Operations, Finance, and Clinical leadership, enabling enterprise visibility, accountability, and governance across all major initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership

Establish, mature, and lead the enterprise-wide Project Management Office (PMO) with standardized processes, tools, and methodologies.

Align the project portfolio with Four Winds Health’s strategic pillars, including access to care, revenue optimization, compliance, and technology enablement.

Partner with executive leaders across Technology, RCM, Operations, Finance, HR, and Clinical teams to ensure initiatives are prioritized and resourced based on strategic impact and ROI.

Drive transparency by maintaining a unified, enterprise-level view of initiatives, dependencies, and risks.

Program & Project Oversight

Provide executive oversight of cross-functional initiatives spanning Technology, EMR, Revenue Cycle, Security, and Operations.

Ensure consistent execution through disciplined project planning, stakeholder engagement, and proactive issue resolution.

Lead delivery of large-scale initiatives, including but not limited to:

EMR & Epic integrations (partner systems and internal markets)

Cybersecurity and infrastructure modernization

Serve as the executive escalation point for project managers, resolving risks, interdependencies, and resourcing challenges.

Governance & Performance Management

Develop and enforce governance frameworks for project intake, prioritization, and approval.

Establish portfolio dashboards and executive reporting to track progress, performance, financial health, and benefit realization.

Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, cost variance, ROI, benefit realization, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Lead quarterly portfolio reviews with executive sponsors and provide visibility to the CEO, CFO, and SVP/EVP leadership teams.

Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making across delivery teams.

Implement best practices across Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies.

Coach and mentor project managers and business leaders on PM standards and execution excellence.

Capture lessons learned and continuously improve enterprise delivery processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

8+ years of progressive project or program management experience, including 3+ years leading an enterprise PMO.

PMP, PgMP, or PMO-CP certification preferred.

Proven experience managing complex, cross-departmental initiatives in healthcare, technology, or multi-entity organizations.

Strong understanding of EMR systems (Epic, WebPT, Raintree, Clinicient) and healthcare operational workflows.

Exceptional organizational, analytical, and executive communication skills.

Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and ROI analysis.

Expertise in stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting.

Proficiency with PM and analytics tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Power BI, Jira).
