DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for key accounts, managing expectations, facilitating clear communication, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships by deeply understanding client business goals, industry context, and competitive pressures, using agency-approved AI tools where helpful to support research and trend insight.
- Identify opportunities, provide proactive guidance, and address challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Present project updates, performance insights, and recommendations clearly and confidently.
Project Planning and Execution
- Lead medium- to large-scale projects across strategy, creative, technology, production, and media, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource strategies to drive efficient execution and strong team coordination.
- Manage scope, risks, and timelines to maintain predictability and profitability across assigned work.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and adjust workflows to keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving forward.
- Use agency-approved AI tools to support documentation, planning, and workflow organization where appropriate.
Expected Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage website design and development requests, including user experience updates, form changes, and larger feature builds.
- Coordinate with client-side Salesforce teams on revisions
- Own task management for developers, ensuring business requirements and technical needs are clearly documented and understood.
- Ensure development work is appropriately resourced and prioritized.
- Provide clear, timely updates to clients on both short term initiatives and long term projects.
- Oversee the setup, QA, testing, and deployment of email, SMS, and journey based campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strategic Leadership
- Identify opportunities for project management process improvements, including finding ways to automate and streamline workflows using approved internal methods.
- Work with your manager to build standard operating procedures and documentation for approved processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You have 4–6 years of experience in a digital agency environment across project management, account management, or integrated client services.
- You have a proven ability to manage complex projects, define scopes, forecast resources, and deliver high-quality work.
- You have strong client communication and relationship-building skills with strategic awareness and proactive leadership.
- You have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, marketing strategy, and creative development processes.
- You’re skilled in project management tools, methodologies, and frameworks (waterfall and agile).
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re a confident presenter, comfortable synthesizing complex information into client-ready narratives.
- You are motivated, collaborative, solutions-focused, and able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Experience and or certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Drupal is preferred, but not required.
