Commercial Property Manager – Class A Office

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the operations, financial performance, and tenant experience within a Class A office portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with proven expertise in property management, financial reporting, and relationship management, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence. This is NOT a position for someone seeking to transition from residential property management.

MUST have Class A office property management experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily operations of Class A office properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong tenant relationships through proactive communication and responsive service.
  • Prepare, manage, and analyze annual operating budgets, monthly financial statements, and variance reports, and have experience with CAM reconciliations.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects to maintain building standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Partner with leasing and ownership teams to maximize occupancy, enhance asset value, and support strategic goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing Class A office or comparable commercial properties.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record of delivering operational excellence and superior tenant service.
