Your ImpactAs VP Sales Americas, you will lead Pricer’s commercial strategy and execution across Americas, with a strong focus on the US market. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer you are responsible for driving growth through strategic customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. This is a senior leadership role with high internal and external visibility and impact, responsible for building a world-class sales organization and forging partnerships that accelerate Pricer’s market penetration.

Your Mission- Lead Regional Growth
:
Develop and execute commercial strategies to master the flow from the stockroom, via the shelf-edge, to the shoppers’ heart to achieve revenue and profitability targets. - Drive Strategic Sales: Actively engage in our strategic customer accounts to lead executive-level negotiations, and close high-value deals.
- Shape & Lead High-Performing Teams: Build, mentor, and inspire a strong commercial organization across sales and customer success, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence. The current Pricer Americas sales organization consists of five team members, and we see a need to expand this team to meet growing customer demand and accelerate market penetration.
- Build Customer Success: Foster strategic account management and implement customer-centric strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Expand Market Presence: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and segments to strengthen Pricer’s footprint in the Americas in line with the global strategy.
- Represent Pricer: Be the face of Pricer in the Americas, engaging with industry stakeholders and contributing to global leadership decisions.
- Sector Expertise: Extensive experience in retail technology, SaaS, or IT sectors, with a preference for candidates who have led a commercial transition from hardware‑centric sales to high-growth SaaS/solution‑based recurring‑revenue models.
- Commercial leadership: At least 10-15 years of progressive experience in senior commercial leadership roles with a proven ability to personally generate new revenue through executive‑level sales and strategic marketing initiatives.
- People Leadership & Culture Building: Minimum 8 years of experience leading sales directors and managers, with a focus on coaching, performance development, and fostering cultural alignment grounded in transparency, ownership, and empathy.
- Revenue & Financial Leadership: Documented track record of managing complex, multi‑country P&Ls and improving margins through sophisticated pricing and upsell strategies.
- Regional Market & Competitive Insight: Deep understanding of the Americas retail landscape, including competitive, customer, and regulatory dynamics across the US, Canada, and Latin America, enabling well‑founded commercial planning and risk assessment.
- Analytical & Strategic Leadership: Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills with the ability to translate complex market insights into actionable growth strategies and promote a unified commercial vision across teams and partners.
