Base pay range: $225,000 - $250,000 (plus bonus and benefits)
Job Summary: Visionary leader responsible for delivering world‑class hospitality aligned with JW Marriott brand standards. Oversees hotel operations, financial performance, team culture, and guest experience.
- Lead all hotel operations, ensuring luxury service and brand standards.
- Drive ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR through collaboration with Sales, Revenue, and Marketing.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Build and mentor high‑performing leadership team.
- Maintain compliance with brand, health, safety, and labor standards.
- Direct guest recovery, VIP services, and event execution.
- Guide capital projects and maintenance programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years as a General Manager in upscale/luxury hospitality;
Marriott experience preferred. - Proven track record in guest satisfaction, financial performance, and service excellence.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and labor planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Marriott systems (MARSHA, CI/TY, GXP).
- Ability to work flexible schedule, stand/ walk, lift 20 lbs, and travel as required.
