Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

The Facades Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of commercial façade packages with a primary focus on metal framing systems. This role oversees projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with architects, general contractors, engineers, and suppliers
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality and productivity
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure compliance
• Track project costs, change orders, and progress against budgets and schedules
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project requirements
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress reports
• Resolve site issues and technical challenges as they arise

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within façades, exterior envelope, or metal framing systems
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office

• Background specifically in façade metal framing systems
• Experience working on mid- to large-scale commercial projects
• Construction-related degree or equivalent industry experience
