• Drive Revenue Growth:
  Analyze and act on KPIs to boost membership sales, retention, and overall profitability.

• Manage Daily Operations:
  Ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences.
• Coach & Mentor:

• 2+ years management experience in membership-based service or retail environment.
• Proven track record of KPI-driven decision-making to increase revenue and performance.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to balance coaching and accountability.
• Experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
