Position OverviewIn this role, you’ll plan, orchestrate, and deliver high‑profile industry events and initiatives that strengthen Coca-Cola’s leadership position in trade and customer arenas—from major conferences and trade shows to strategic partnership activations. You’ll act as the coordinator across internal teams, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to make sure every detail is executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget.
You’ll bring together people, processes, and resources to advance Coca-Cola’s industry influence and customer leadership objectives.
Summary:The Industry Leadership Project Manager coordinates events and programs related to Industry Partnerships (Conferences, Trade Shows, etc.). Activities include planning, organizing, and managing resources/processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and within budget.
They serve as the internal and external point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders for project activity, identify and communicate critical information to both internal and external project stakeholders, facilitate and ensure follow‑up on issues, prioritize and manage project activities, and gauge readiness.
Scope:- Oversee various projects and executions of a moderately complex nature spanning Industry Relations, Trade Communications, Business Development, and other Customer Leadership functions and activities.
- Ability to organize and prioritize requests coming from multiple stakeholders while managing output of deliverables and timelines.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and logistics to meet deadlines and maintain appropriate service.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure key details and deliverables are communicated.
- Identify needed resources, manage accordingly and within budget.
- Work autonomously, making decisions with limited managerial oversight.
- Own budget and PO management, ensuring on‑time payments.
- Industry Leadership in Action – Coordinate impactful events, programs, and partnerships where Coca‑Cola’s presence makes a difference—from planning and logistics to flawless on‑site delivery.
- Project Management Excellence – Develop detailed work plans, manage timelines, balance multiple priorities, and navigate complex logistics—keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
- Stakeholder Connector – Act as the go‑to resource and main point of contact for internal leaders, industry partners, customers, and vendors, fostering relationships built on trust, transparency, and results.
- Experiential Brand Stewardship – Ensure every Coca‑Cola touch‑point at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events reflects our brand’s reputation for excellence.
- Operational Mastery – Source and manage event materials, oversee shipping and installations, coordinate with bottling and distribution partners, and track budgets and invoices.
- Flawless Execution – Manage “back‑of‑house” operations during events, troubleshoot challenges in real‑time, and ensure readiness from setup to wrap‑up.
- Data & Detail Leadership – Maintain accurate databases, coordinate calendars, handle confidential correspondence, produce presentations/reports, and ensure all documentation is precise and timely.
- Back of House Management – Process purchase orders, expense reports and invoices. Budget tracking, database and participation lists.
- Prompt response to incoming/outgoing phone and email communications.
- Proven experience coordinating complex projects or large‑scale events in a fast‑paced environment.
