The Change Management Practitioner plays a key role in driving successful organizational change by focusing on the people side of transformation. This includes changes to business processes, systems, technologies, job roles, and organizational structures. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement change management strategies that enhance employee adoption, minimize resistance, and maximize the realization of business benefits.
By fostering faster adoption, greater utilization, and improved proficiency, the practitioner contributes to increased ROI and the achievement of strategic objectives.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management.
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and Prosci.
- Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) tools and emerging technologies.
- Ability to drive change through effective communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement.

The Change Management Practitioner plays a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of organizational change by focusing on the people side of transformation. This includes changes to business processes, systems, technologies, job roles, and organizational structures. This role is responsible for developing and executing change strategies, communication plans, and knowledge management approaches that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and maximize the value of business initiatives.
A strong emphasis is placed on leveraging SharePoint and knowledge management tools to support communication, training, and long-term sustainability.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training activities to support change adoption.
- Create, manage, and maintain SharePoint sites and knowledge repositories to support project communication, training materials, FAQs, and job aids.
- Establish and govern knowledge management frameworks to ensure information is accessible, current, and easy to use.
- Conduct impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses.
- Identify resistance points and develop mitigation strategies.
- Partner with project managers, business leaders, and IT teams to align change and delivery plans.
- Develop communication plans, training strategies, and reinforcement approaches.
- Track adoption, engagement, and effectiveness using change metrics and feedback loops.
- Support leadership with messaging, talking points, and change leadership coaching.
- 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar).
