ED is at an inflection point. As part of a long-term impact and sustainability strategy, the organization is launching a mission‑aligned initiative built around its AI‑driven simulation platform to accelerate teacher performance. Branch
ED is also expanding its core nonprofit offerings through multi‑year philanthropic investments and fee‑for‑service engagements. Over the next three to five years, Branch
ED aims to grow revenue from $10M to $15M, while increasing its institutional reach from 300 to 500+ partners and serving pre‑service and in‑service teachers each year.

The Vice President, Development & Strategic Partnerships (VP) leads the organization’s external presence and partnership strategy—overseeing brand, communications, and institutional partnerships to elevate visibility, engagement, and revenue. This role aligns storytelling with strategy: ensuring the organization’s mission, programs, and impact resonate across audiences, including funders, partners, and the broader public. In addition, the VP drives growth in individual and corporate giving by cultivating relationships, partnerships, and philanthropic investments that expand the organization’s reach and long‑term sustainability.
The VP also provides strategic oversight of development operations, ensuring that fundraising systems, data, and stewardship processes are efficient, accurate, and support relationship‑based fundraising. The role manages a team of several staff and key contractors around communications, events, and grant writers.
